D Good, R Bad

In Totally Unsurprising News… (Shakesville): "Political scientists at the University of Iowa have found that “candidate gender matters more to men and Republicans than it does to women and Democrats.”

Here’s another heart-stopper: “Compared to statewide Iowa registered voters, likely Democratic caucus goers were less likely to say race is an important factor in their candidate choice.”

So, you’re telling me that politically active Democrats tend to be less sexist and racist? I’m shocked. Shocked, I tell you.

They probably spent lots of money interviewing 1,290 registered voters to come to this conclusion. I would have told them for free."
