Crazy In NC: Shut-up Edition

Move is afoot to make government less open |
Sen. Tommy Tucker of Waxhaw said a mouthful with just 13 words on Tuesday.

“I am the senator. You are the citizen. You need to be quiet.”

So if you are a senator you are more important than the people who elected you? Aren't senators suppose to show self control and model respectful behavior any more? When you have nothing to hide you are not likely to be so defensive.
