Little Skippy The Wonder Shrub and his caustic enablers had no problem blaming Bill Clinton for everything-- including 9/11. Well, everything but that huge budget surplus Skippy pissed away on wars and tax breaks for billionaires. Of course, Obama doesn't mind blaming Clinton either. Quit whining, GOP; it makes you look like Conan O'Brien.
