Going Way Too Far In SD

‘There’s a lot of screaming’: South Dakota cops are collecting suspects’ urine by force:

...The Argus Leader reports that police in South Dakota have resorted to using catheters to extract urine samples from uncooperative suspects. This procedure, while endorsed by the state’s top prosecutor, has been decried by critics as a potential violation of suspects’ constitutional rights...

Gotta collect that urine so they can stain the reputation of the perp, then turn the billing machine on and charge charge charge the perp so the perp stays financially enslaved to the government.

I've become increasingly annoyed by DUI laws and other laws that give police an excuse to slam people around. This urinary invasion is far beyond the pale and I'm surprised no one has sued SD into repeal. Maybe medical malpractice is the way to go. Furthermore, why not get a forced blood sample. It would be easier.
