"The lead in to the Rush Limbaugh story is considered a 'breaking story' which it is because of Rush's fame, but it's a bombshell when Patrick Kennedy checks himself into a rehab. I would think that Porter Goss resigning so abruptly would be the bombshell since the CIA is so important to our national security. Then add in the 'Foggo story' on top of it and that's a BOMBSHELL. Patrick's story is obviously news because he's a Kennedy, but..."
