Why can't marijuana be something to look forward to once one turns 25, or 30.
Teens getting stoned, maybe that's better than committing vandalism as a way to diffuse too much nervous energy, but it seems silly to me to want to get high before achieving anything of note in life.
I agree 100%. Why not? Plus, the states could make a fortune in taxes.
