President Obama called this week for broadband, including mobile, to be regulated as a utility. In short, he wants to put a can on blocking, throttling and paid prioritization of transit. The President acknowledged that the "FCC is an independent agency, and ultimately this decision is theirs alone," but he strongly advocated for the agency to protect net neutrality...Sounds like that would have made a nice election issue.
