Gov. Scott Walker Can't Explain Why Obama Has A Better Approval Rating In Wisconsin | Crooks and Liars:

Gov. Scott Walker joined Chuck Todd on Meet The Press this morning and couldn't give a straight answer as to why President Obama has a much better approval rating in his home state of Wisconsin than he does.

The only response he could muster was to read off his preapproved and per-sanitized work resume. There was no follow up question from Todd (who made this an easy interview for the governor) to the question so his nonsensical answer stood alone...
