Yeah, I really felt like "shopping around" when I had an aneurysm last year. I've got only one Level 3 emergency room within a 20 mile radius, and then they had to ship me to the nearest big city's level 4. Right: I could have shopped around while I was friggin' UNCONSCIOUS. And everyone in the comments is right about the coding and price list issues.
