Oh those poor restaurants that have to actually provide benefits to employees. Oh the humanity! It's not like Burger King is a multinational multi-million dollar operation or anything... Oh wait...
Socializing costs and privatizing profits.
I couldn't care less about the burger flipper's poor choices that led them to that position. What makes me angry is that a corporation thinks it's okay to pay executives million dollar bonuses and use accounting gymnastics to minimize tax liability while their employees are on welfare and receiving healthcare on the state's dollar. It
sickens me.
I have 0, nada, NO sympathy for these corporations. If your business model means you have to treat your workers like indentured servants, you deserve to go out of business.
