Ok, so I mention the missing American reporting on the forged Niger documents yesterday on the Internet and promptly get flamed for being uninformed and stupid. Well, why hasn't the average person heard that Bush et. al. used knowingly forged documents to justify the Iraqui mushroom cloud story? Bill Gallagher's story, excerpted below, is comprehensive. Read it. Then ask yourself if this is something we need to have a certain Fitz dig into? This is the the big treasonous story. While Scooter's treachery destroyed careers, harmed the CIA, and his country, someone's lies helped propel this country into a wholly unnecessary war. Shouldn't that be carefully investigated?
