Brits Do It Better

Operation Yellow Elephant: "The British Royal Family Sets An Example II

Following his older brother, Prince William's, entry to Sandhurst, Britain's Prince Harry completes his military training in April and could be sent to Iraq. Money quote:

'There's no way I'm going to put myself through Sandhurst and then sit on my arse back home while my boys are out fighting for their country. That may sound very patriotic, but it's true. It's not the way anyone should really work.'

The last British royal to see military action was Harry's uncle Prince Andrew, who flew as a helicopter pilot in the Falklands War in 1982. How about you, Henry Hager? Pussy."

In the Old World, it was called "the obligation of the noble" ; in the New World, it is not practiced anymore, having been replaced with "the entitlement of the rich." So when are those Bush girls hitting Basic Training?
