Well, as it happens, Ken Starr is now the president of Baylor University, where athletes allegedly keep raping women, and Starr's attitude towards sexual peccadilloes seems to have adjusted itself since the days when he was running amok in Washington. The man who relentlessly, ruthlessly (I wonder where Ruth is?), doggedly (Woof!) ran down a consensual sexual affair has gone radio silent on alleged sexual crimes that took place on his watch.
