So when is someone going to talk about limiting ER health care for the uninsured, noncitizens? Or capping the costs that hospitals can pass along to the insured? Or the benefits to businesses if government takes over the cost of health care? There is plenty of blame to go around, but there are also plenty of potential solutions to be tried, most of which don't have anything to do with cutting taxes or invading Iran.
