"Trooper in Court
A Highway Patrol Trooper charged with speeding and reckless driving pleads guilty to reckless driving in court Tuesday.
A Fletcher Police Officer pulled over Kevin Bray for speeding on Mills Gap Road back in April.
The officer charged Bray with reckless driving, going 99 in a 45 miles per hour zone, and driving without a license.
The state agreed to drop the last two charges.
Bray had no comment as he left the courtroom Tuesday.
District Attorney Jeff Hunt says reckless driving will result in license points and insurance points, but will allow Bray to keep license.
The judge ordered Bray to pay a $100 fine and court costs and sentenced him to eight hours of community service."
Hmmm. It ain't Bush, but it is indicative...
