At Nevada Rally, Trump Woos The Terminally Ill Demographic | Crooks and Liars:
..."I don't care how sick you are," the Republican nominee said.
"I don't care if you just came back from the doctor and he gave you the worst possible prognosis, meaning it's over. Doesn't matter. Hang out till November 8. Get out and vote."
I guess if you're terminally ill and bitter you might consider a vote for Trump to be your final middle finger to the world. But I think most people about to meet their maker might think about what world they want to leave behind.
