Ubisoft
Well, I just wasted an hour of my life. I was trying to buy an expansion for Settlers: Rise of An Empire but the site wouldn't let me add anything to my shopping basket. Then I thought, well, maybe I have be a member of the exclusive Ubisoft club to buy something in their store, so I tried to register for an account. There went another half hour-- every time I typed in the confirmation password an extra character appeared and since they are all asterisks, there's no way to spot the extra one. So, I give up, Ubisoft. What a squalid customer experience, and just to rub salt in my wounds, I couldn't find an email address where I could tell them about these issues. Consider this post my email to you.
